How it works

1. After purchase simply send me your pet's photo by sending an email direct to me at hello@prettygroovydesignz.com and detail "Pet Photo" and then your order number and name in the email/message title. Please send the image as a large/maximum file to avoid any pixelation.

2. All being well with the photo, I will create the portrait and send you a proof for you to agree. I want you to be 100% satisfied, so if you want to make some changes, no problem, just let me know as no extra charges for changes apply.

3. Once you are happy with your proof, I will send the final print file to your email if you have chosen the digital file only option or if you have selected a hard copy A4 or A3 print, I will dispatch your print within 24 hours from proof agreement.

Note: Depending on demand, your pet portrait may take 2-3 working days to provide a proof print back to you.

Photo Tips

a) Take a photo of your pet in a sitting or standing position.

b) Make sure your pet is:

- not too far away as this can reduce the quality, or

- not too close as part of their head may blur, like their nose.

c) A front or slightly side facing photo pose looks really cute for a portrait.

d) Try and make sure the photo is taken in a well lit setting.

e) If you do not want collars, clothing or accessories etc on your pet portrait, then remember to remove these before you take your photo.
