Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations will only be accepted if the order hasn't been processed yet. Order processing often starts within a few hours of an order being received, therefore please get in touch immediately to avoid any disappointment.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement by e-mail to hello@prettygroovydesignz.com
Returns
If the item is faulty, we may ask you to return the item (at our cost) in order we can inspect it.
Conditions for damaged items:
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, then please contact me immediately and provide photo evidence of the damage or fault in order I can resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If the item is faulty, we may ask you to return the item (at our cost) in order we can inspect it.
Conditions for non-damaged item returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging, are in the original condition you received them in and have been stored in order not to prevent damage e.g., not bent, not stored near heat or liquids.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you gain proof of postage with tracking. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
