Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends or public holidays in the UK. Please be aware that during peak times such as Black Friday/ Cyber Monday, and the Christmas period, processing times may be longer.

UK Shipping Charges

UK orders have free shipping applied as standard. Free shipping method is by Royal Mail second class with an estimated 3-5 business days from when Royal Mail receives the package. Please kindly note, in very busy periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Christmas, shipping can take up to 10 days from when Royal Mail receives the package.

Shipping upgrade: You have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout for £3.95. Upgraded shipping method is by Royal Mail 24-hour tracked. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days from when Royal Mail receives the package. Please kindly note, in very busy periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Christmas, shipping may incur a delay.

UK Postage Redelivery

If Royal Mail attempts to deliver your package and you are unavailable, you have 18 calendar days to collect the item from where the Royal Mail has specified or re-arrange delivery through Royal Mail before it is returned to Pretty Groovy Designz. If we receive the item back, and you decide you would like it resent, this will incur an additional postage charge to cover any reposting cost.
