Printing: Printed using a Canon PRO 100-S printer and canon inks to provide clean crisp finish and excellent colour depth. Please be aware that colours on PC monitors, smartphones and tablets can differ to the actual finished print. This is because settings are different per model and per user, and it also depends on the light you are viewing the image in.

Postage & Delivery
I aim to post within 1-3 business days by Royal Mail. All 5x7 inch, A5 and A4 prints are enclosed in a cellophane bag for protection and sent in a sturdy cardboard envelope. A3 prints are sent in a sturdy cardboard postal tube.
Once Royal Mail have receipt of the item, I cannot be held accountable for their delivery times due to matters outside of my control such as postal strikes and other unforeseen events. If you have an issue with your delivery, then please do not hesitate to contact me.
Replacements
I offer a replacement if your item is damaged when delivered to you. I will happily replace the item if you provide me proof of the damage. Please do not hesitate to contact me if needed.
